Clients must provide accurate information, cooperate with Bolt on Marketing in good faith, and comply with any deadlines and payment terms outlined in agreements.
All content, materials, and intellectual property developed by Bolt on Marketing remain the property of Bolt on Marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges in line with UK regulations.
Bolt on Marketing is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are breached. Upon termination, any outstanding invoices must be settled immediately.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
